Before you sign on the dotted line, you are welcome to come and scout the Ranch and get a feel for if this will be the right place for you. Contact us to arrange a visit, or if you have any questions about hunting here that we can answer. Deer Hunting (Rifle or Archery) Details: Your hunting fee will reserve one of our large (over a square mile) fields for your party only for 1 week of hunting season, either 5 days (Saturday through Wednesday, October 16th though 20th, 2010) for 1st week; or 7 days (Saturday though Friday, October 22nd through 29th, 1010) for the 2nd week. If you have 4 members in your party, it reserves your one field for the entire 2 week season! If you are archery hunting your fee will reserve a field for your party for the entire late archery season. We charge $1500 per hunter in your party One (1) buck tag per hunter maximum. No charge for non-armed members in your party No minimum party size - hunt alone if you want! No more than 4 hunters in your party (2 for archery) A 4 hunter party reserves your field for the entire modern season, not just one week! No more than 6 persons (including non-hunters) total in your party No charge for additional doe tags for hunters in your party All hunters must have a valid Washington State hunting liscense A deposit of $300 per hunter is needed to reserve your spot, with the balance due 2 weeks before the start of the season. Signing Up: To sign up you will need to contact us. Let us know your preferred field, how many are in your party, and which weekend or season you would like to hunt. We will send you our signup application information by mail, which will include a liability release for each member of your party to sign, along with a list of potential hazards you may encounter on the ranch. Be sure to read our rules and regulations before you sign up. Note that the State of Washington has released their 2010-2011 rules and regulations in the Big Game Hunting Regulation Pamphlet. This has the official season dates and state regulations for our area. Washington also requires that hunters have passed a hunter safety class. The Whole Ranch to Yourself: This year we are offering a new opton - you can book the whole ranch (every field, plus refuge areas), for the entire hunting season, for your group gathering, your corporate retreat or your ultimate solo hunt. It is too late to reserve this hunt for 2010. Book before April 30th, 2011 to reserve the entire ranch for the 2011 season. Contact us for details. After you are signed up to hunt, please call us at least 24 hours ahead of time to reserve your opportunities for scouting, target practice and gray-digger hunting.
